UPCOMING 2023-2024 School Year CAWEE Training

This year you can complete or renew your Work Permit Training online.  We will not be holding a conference this year but rather online forums quarterly throughout the school year.  However, you can renew or ern your Work Permit Certificate on CWEE.org from the comforts of your own home or office.  Cost is $300.00 and your certification will last for the entire 2023-2024 school year.

Compliance Workshop Training AUGUST and September

Pick up the most recent legalities regarding Child Labor Laws, Work Permit compliance, Work Based Learning and learn the most up-to-date information to ensure your school district or charter school program is officially compliant with the CDE and the California Department of Labor.

California Legislative Updates October

Erle Hall, the CAWEE representative from the CDE will share the minute-by-minute latest information coming from Sacramento and how it could impact your schools and its WEE, Workability, Work Permit protocols.

Professional Certification and Collaboration December

CAWEE’s conference and professional development series allows presenters to share practical advice and techniques specifically intended for anyone that is involved in an educational setting and that assigns work permits as well as any work-based learning programs and curriculum.  Attendees also leave with a certification for the entire school year.
